Our mission

Healthier food shouldn't be this hard to find.

There is no reliable place to find food grown and sold near you. Markets and stands are scattered, and the words on a package are written to sell.

True to Farm started so that search stays free. The directory, the hours, and what a label actually means are not behind a paywall. Information that can help people eat well should not depend on who can pay to see it.

True to Farm is the app for that. It lists farmers markets, farm stands, and CSA pickups near you, shows whether a shopper confirmed one was open, and keeps a private journal of your visits. Sign in with Google is only used to create and keep your account.
